Product Description
The CM62 Micro Gimbal was developed under a Defence Innovation Hub (DIH) contract to deliver cutting-edge capabilities in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) when integrated into a small unmanned aerial system (sUAS).
Product Features
Situational Awareness at Day and Night
The CM62 incorporates high definition electro-optical (EO) imagery with 25x zoom (50x zoom at 640x480), along with a custom long-wave infrared (LWIR) core. Additional EO and LWIR digital zoom capability facilitates longer range intelligence, whilst the UAS maintains a safe stand-off distance.
260g Total Weight
The CM62 incorporates AVT’s innovative onboard video processor, keeping the total payload weight under 260g to facilitate longer flight endurance. Onboard video processing features include object tracking, scene tracking, roll stabilisation, e-stabilisation, multi-sensor streaming, encoding, and GEO-Lock.
Great Flexibility in Deployment and Operation
For reliability in all-weather conditions and environments, the CM62 is ruggedised to an IP67 rating.
